The Villa is on the hill of Careggi, in an exclusive setting.
It’s accessed by a single gate that borders a large private property where there are about thirty villas all characterized by the ancient Florentine love for stone and modern contemporary taste.
The internal road passes through a large forest full of trails and trees, where often you come across deer, roe deer, hares, pheasants and porcupines.
You need to pass an additional gate before you get to the property.
Upon entering the eyes are captivated by the green plants and trees behind which one can see the stone walls of the villa.

The garden to the house revolves around a horseshoe, is raised above the street level of about 2-3 meters, all the way around the fence is protected by tall laurel trees that hide from prying eyes.
Over the entrance to the garden that welcomes us we have a beautiful escarpment of evergreens and roses and left a large stone garage that can ‘accommodate two cars. Then we reach the left side and lowered a garden planted with olive trees and fruit trees, here we have water tanks and a basement with attached boiler room.
Continuing around the house we find plants of rosemary, sage, thyme, roses and a long stretch of fragrant lavender. Immediately in front, in a secluded area there is a Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a sunbathing area and chaise-longue, two spectacular planters giant agaves and a wall of jasmine.
The garden at the front end: Here the green is the master, but nothing is left to chance, nightlights on planters, grass and olive trees, lights twilight all around the house, relaxation area, lanch & dinner with quick access to the kitchen, escarpments of evergreen plants, with strawberry, pomegranate flowers. …

the modernity of strong bold colors of the dwelling (black white and gray) environments are large and airy, the windows that open onto a garden green emerald without interruption between internal and external … and then to his feet with all of Florence its warm colors and its Renaissance history.
The villa consists of an entrance hall leading onto a living room of more than 100 meters consists of a corner fireplace (with a large modern circular fireplace with feature hood hat magician), lounge and dining room connected to a kitchen (white marble), a dining room / Ironing with utility room and a guest bathroom (Venetian stucco coral color).
The light that welcomes us upon entering is donated through the large bay windows overlooking the garden, beyond which, as in a picture, you have a broad glimpse of Florence; on the right instead of a winter garden enclosed in a hexagon around a patio glass door, around which develops across the hall.
